Hunterville Cross Country

On Friday the 1st of November I went to Huterville cross country. The race started off 'take your marks, set ' and bang went the gun. We went up a hill and at the top was a lot of mud, I dodged it easily! Going down the hill John got a prickle. In the end I came 23rd and John came 28th. 

A Fun Holiday

In the holidays Dad, Mum, Daniel and I went to Waikawa to get Caitlin. While Caitlin was there George was at my house. When George came we went to Feilding for Mum to have her hot laps in a racing car. We brought Mum's tablet to take some pictures. After Mum's hot laps George and I got a ride at 40 km with no seat belt.

Mountain Trip

On Monday 16th  of September Room 2 went on a mountain trip. I went with Dad, Ryan, Caitlin and Larissa and the trip took about 2 hours. I was in the explorer group. I had heaps of fun I didn't want to go but it was fun.

Cross Country

On Friday the 13th Fordell school went to the Mangamahu cross country. I had a much longer race than last year and I was facing my friend, Dylan, from pre-school. The race was about 4 km and I

won!!! Dylan came 2nd after me. It was a good, fun race and then I went home.

Rugby Tournament On Saturday

On Saturday my rugby team, Marton played a tournament on Springvale Park. We had 3 games and won all 3 of them. First we faced Kaiwerau Maroon and I didn't get any tries but my friend was in that team. Second we faced Marist, I scored 5 tries! Last we played Wanganui Old Boys, it was a good game and we won again. That is the end of the rugby season so now I am going to play in Caitlin's soccer team.      

The Museum

On Thursday Room 2 went to the Wanganui Museum. We went there to look at and study birds and their bones and how they fly. We went to the bug room and saw lots of creepy bugs. My favourite  thing at the museum was looking at the stuffed birds.
